Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel you can reach out to us on WhatsApp no. 9137729402 or you can write to our customer support team on customercare@emikoo.in.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an return request once you receive the order.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Emikoo offers you an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team within 7 business days of receiving the order via Whatsapp, email (customercare@emikoo.in) or simply fill the contact us form by clicking Contact Us.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their polybags, labels and hangtags intact.
- A reverse Shipping Charge will be applicable for all Return/Refund orders.
Products are eligible for return/Exchange only once.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.
Refund is only applicable if there is a defect in the product or the product was damage during shipping.
For size related issues, products can only be exchanged for a different size, no refund is applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials.
Return will not be accepted if:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by brand.
- If product has already been exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products purchased during the Seasonal and Occasional Sale
We have a No Return Policy during the Sale Period. In case of size issue or damaged product received, sale items can only be exchanged during this time. Once the sale period ends the products cannot be exchanged.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3.4 working days.
A processing fee of 3% will be applicable on all refunds.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (customercare@emikoo.in)
Tracking of Order
You will also be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel. The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our centre.
